We want you to love what you ordered—but if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right (without the drama). Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Hassle-free returns on defective or misprinted items.
Since our products are made to order (printed just for you!), we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size orders, or accidental purchases.
That said, if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll fix it—Scout’s honor.
Because each item is made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns on personalized orders.
If there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out—we’re happy to help.
Damaged / Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or just plain wrong, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item
• A brief description of the issue
We’ll review it and send a free replacement or issue a refund—whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
Because every item is custom made, we can’t offer direct exchanges. If the size doesn’t fit, we recommend placing a new order once your refund or credit is processed (if eligible).
Refunds (If Applicable)
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
• Gift cards
• Sale items
• Items without reported issues (we don’t stock inventory, so we can’t resell returns)
• Personalized items
Late or Missing Refunds?
If it’s been longer than 10 business days and you still don’t see a refund:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company
3. Email us at Info@mailmischief.com and we’ll sort it out
